Film 18 - Scharfschütze aus einer anderen Dimension

  • Subaru spricht mit Akais Stimme? :D
    Das kann man im Manga ja schlecht machen, also ist das im Film doch gar nicht mal so falsch aufgehoben /D

    Und am Ende war das alles nur ein Witz und Subaru hat James nur ärgern wollen und einfach Akais Stimme nachgemacht. :D

    Ich muss sagen, ich freu mich richtig den Film zu sehen. Einfach, weil er von allen Filmen bisher, am interessantesten klingt. Ich finde diese ganze: Wir verbinden diesen Film mit dem Manga - Sache zwar etwas doof, aber vielleicht ist es ja doch ganz nett. Und wenn nicht, kann man sich wenigstens dürber beschweren. Auch was Schönes. :D
    (Bis der Film nach Deutschland kommt, dauert es wohl leider noch mehr als ein Jahr. Mhh :/ *pfeiff* Als wäre das die einzige Möglichkeit *pfeiff*)

  • Alle folgenden Spoiler sind Zitate aus dem dctp-Forum:
    "Improved Gadgeds" der DB
    Detective badges - The Detective Badges got 'improved' with a minor add-on of small lights on the top of the antennas. While the light is on, a low frequency sound, which can only be heard by kids and teenagers/young adults (The Mosquito), will be active.

    Anywhere Ball Dispensing Belt - The belt creates a soccer ball with fireworks inside. When Conan kicks it up in the air, it explodes and turns into colorful fireworks.

    Turbo Engine Skateboard - This 'add-on' wasn't used in the movie, but at some point Agasa is seen working on the skateboard. During the short scene, it has some kind of wings popping out. (Now that could have been interesting)

    Both the Badges and the Ball dispenser turns out to be crucial gadgets at the end of the movie.
    The Climax
    As said before, I found the climax a little short this time. It wasn't as action packed as most of the Conan movie endings (Or maybe it just felt that way because I recently held a Conan movie marathon with all the movies containing long, awesome climaxes), and Conan didn't get to do as much as he usually do. While I did find that a little unfortunate, It was neat seeing Subaru in action! Been waiting for this for a looong time!

    The climax takes place on the observation deck in the Tokyo Sky Tree, or Touto Bell Tree Tower, as it's called in the movie. The sniper/killer, Kevin Yoshino, has taken Ayumi as a hostage after fleeing from the top roof of the Bell Tree (Cause Subaru kicked his sniper butt, obviously!).. *Insert the mandatory use of bombs in every Conan movie* With a few pre-planted bombs, Kevin takes out the lights on the observation deck which leaves the FBI helpless inside the tower and prevents Subaru from sniping him any further.
    He then uses infrared goggles to see his surroundings, this includes the people who's around him on the observation deck (Jodie, Camel, Ran, Sonoko and the Detective Boys). After some time, the Detective Boys manages to get Ayumi back with a little help from the recently improved Detective badges. Ran ends up being Kevin's next target, but is saved by a perfect collaboration between Conan and Subaru
    Ende des Films
    In the end James Black has been in contact with Subaru the whole time! (At least during this movie) Subaru has been using a bluetooth earpiece to communicate with James during the moment of the climax. - At this point James is thanking him for the good work, and Subaru replies in his own voice at first, but his last words are with Akai's voice!!! Da-da-duuuuuum!!! (THE END!!)

    Soooooo!!! Subaru/Akai FINALLY decided to spill the beans for the fans during the last 5 seconds of the movie. Yes... The last FIVE bloody seconds! And tbh, even though it has been obvious for a long time, it still left me quite excited ;D
    While most anime movies aren't seen as canon, at least the last part of this one will be, even if told in another way in the manga - Lets see how much longer Aoyama-sensei will keep us waiting for this moment in the manga.[/]

    Storyline des Films
    So, for the film, it starts with the guy getting sniped at Sky Tree (trailer). I'm sorry, I forgot his name and this is a problem. I'm bad with names, so I apologize. ^^

    Of course super Conan figured out where the shot probably came from and went in pursuit of the shooter. Also, Sera was around in Sky Tree as well, and this part I couldn't catch. I don't know why she was there, as she was keeping her self hidden. After the shots, she went out too. Luckily, she met up with Conan and the two pursued the sniper. Of course this means a high-speed chase throughout the area. Oh, and Conan did some more of his, "should be physically impossible" stuns with his skateboard like always. lol

    Anywho, the FBI is after this sniper as well. It seems that during a war or battle, the guys involved (the Navy SEAL characters) wronged Timothy Hunter's character. They were being sniped for not coming forward and confessing. Of course there's a twist in this. Hunter was the main suspect...well, that's was my impression anyway.

    After each victim was killed, the killer would leave die at the shooting scene. Each die had a different number (5, 2, 3, etc). Each area the sniper used was meant to make a pattern. Conan figured it out though and went to try and stop the sniper from killing the last navy seal. Before that, though, Sera was trying to figure everything out too and figured out who the second victim was (but were too late) and the third one. Conan almost prevented that one, but he also did something that surprised me given his character. He used the soccer ball, a giant sized one to block the shot. The sniper was sniping the victim from a faroff bridge. The victim was riding the train (he was tricked into it). Anyway, Conan got to another nearby bridge and, like I said, blocked the shot, but he was careless. The sniper sniped him (he didn't know it). I was surprised at this tremendously. Sera managed to save Conan. It would've been a clear head shot if she wouldn't have taken the bullet, so for the rest of the movie she's in the hospital.

    Luckily, Okiya was around...who was sniping the sniper. When the sniper failed, he went back to Sky Tree (where Ran and the others were), and was pretty much holding them hostage (Sonoko, Ran, Ayumi, Mitsuhiko, Genta, Ai). Okiya was trying to snipe the guy, but the guy had explosives set up, and let them blow, knocking out the power (oh it was at night, btw or early evening), so Okiya couldn't get a clear shot. He had night goggles, the culprit, while still holding a very frightened Ayumi. Camel and Jodie were there as well, trying to figure out what to do.
    Conan got and idea and called up Ai (as he realized that the other sniper was Okiya) and told her his plan. Use their badges. Earlier, the kids got new badges and when you pushed the button on it, it sorta had a flashing light and a high pitched, mosquito-like sound. By doing so, Ayumi's badge started to make noise. Once the kids heard it, they took out their watches, turned on the flash light, threw it at the culprit, who let Ayumi go because of all of the light.

    Fortunately, Okiya now had a clear shot. Unfortunately, Ran didn't know of the plan. The guy started to shoot around wildly since he was blinded by the light. Ran went after him, as she'd said much earlier in the film that she could never forgive such a person. She ran to him, but tripped over and Okiya, once again, couldn't shoot. No light. Conan started to freak out as he was seeing this, so he did something even more "impossible" than the snowboarding thing in movie 16. lol You just have to see it. He used his soccer ball thing to create the light. The professor created "Hanabi Soccer Balls" or whatever. lol Conan used his suspender thing to dive down off of the building he was on, which ended up throwing him back up, he powered up his shoe while in the air, and then took out the firework soccerball, and kicked towards Sky Tree. With the light, Okiya sniped the culprit and everyone was safe. Okiya, the entire time, was trying to find connections as well and figured it out on his own..

    Warscheinlich wurde es von Gosho unterbunden viel preiszugeben, denn da ja seine "Identität" noch nicht im Manga enthüllt wurde, müssen sie wohl das machen, auch wenns 5 Sekunden sind. Gosho scheint da ziemlich streng mit seinen Conan zu sein.

    Aber im großen und ganzen freue ich mich auf den Film, nicht wegen derbesonderen Szene, sondern weil ich mich generell über den Auftritt der FBI und Konsorten freue, die noch keinen Auftritt in einen Film hatten.
    Hoffentlich bringt Kaze den Film schon im nächsten Jahr früher raus. Er wird definitiv gekauft ^^

    Aber daran hab ich ebenso schon gedacht. Vielleicht trollt uns alle Gosho oder die Filmproduzenten und am Ende ist Subaru, ein ganz anderer! Bäm! :D

    Antwort auf die Frage ob es Shinichi x Ran stuff gibt
    Oh well, Conan did call Ran (as Shinichi) to warn her, but I wouldn't count that. There was also the ending where Ran, Sonoko, and Sera were talking together of course the subject kind of came up causing Ran to blush while thinking of Shinichi. Oh yeah, something I forgot to mention...I love how Ran beat the crap out of the sniper. lol

    Hm, no not really. There were flashbacks of the two talking together, but it was more plot-related. As for Jodie meeting with Subaru...no, I don't recall their characters meeting in this film.

    They don't directly meet in the movie, but Subaru does deliver her flowers when she's in the hospital. She was still unconscious from the surgery when he came though - Ran and Sonoko also missed him by a hairstring, as he's seen walking to his car shortly after they enter Sera's room and discovers the flowers.
    Des Weiteren wird erwähnt, dass Ai und Subaru sich im Film nicht begegnen.

  • Also wenn der erste gestern kolportierte Spoiler mit den erweiterten DB-Ansteckern stimmt, dann haben entweder die Übersetzer oder die Drehbuchautoren einen richtig kapitalen Bock geschossen. Im Gegensatz zu Alten hören junge Menschen nämlich nicht ausschließlich TIEFE Frequenzen (low frequency sound - die werden von älteren nämlich auch, bzw. sogar besser oder bei Rentnern ausschließlich gehört), sondern HOHE Frequenzen (HIGH frequency sound - das Pfeifen von Röhrenmonitoren und Ultraschall-Hundepfeifen bsp. - oder das hohe Schrillen von Geräten, die von britischen Supermarktbesitzern an ihren Gebäuden angebracht wurden, um squattende Jugendliche zu vergrämen). In Zahlen ausgedrückt (ohne Garantie, dass ich die Werte richtig im Kopf habe):
    - das Hörvermögen einen Neugeborenen kann noch Frequenzen bis etwa 22000 Hertz hören.
    - ein Kind von 10 Jahren vermag meistens noch Töne bei 20000 Hertz zu erkennen.
    - ein Dreißigjähriger dürfte Töne ab ca. 16000 Hertz nicht mehr wahrnehmen.
    Auch danach nimmt die Empfindlichkeit für hohe Frequenzen weiter ab, Ursache sind Schäden an den Hörsinneszellen für hohe Frequenzen, die am Anfang des Innenohrs sitzen und von allen aus physikalischen Gründen tiefer eindringenden niedrigeren Frequenzen erst belastet, dann geschädigt und schlussendlich zerstört werden.

    Für den Fall, dass hier im Forum von meinem Account Beiträge aus sinnbefreiten Zeichenketten oder bei der Moderation anlasslose Beitragsmeldungen auflaufen, bitte ich um Entschuldigung und einfache Löschung. Mein kleiner Sohn hat durch Zuschauen gelernt und kann zwar bereits Tastatur und Maus korrekt an den PC anschließen sowie mein Windows-Benutzerkonto anmelden und im Firefox die Sitzung wiederherstellen, doch ist es nur natürlich, dass er mit weniger als 3 Jahren noch nicht schreiben kann. Nicht immer denke ich daran, die Tastatur abzustöpseln oder den Rechner zu sperren...
    Aktualisierung im neuen Jahr: Sohnemann ist nun ein munterer Dreijähriger, der am Ende sogar einen Computer nicht mehr so zufällig bedienen würde...

  • Denke mal, dass war einfach ein Fehler der Leute, die die Summary geschrieben haben. Wenn das Teil "Mosquito" heißt, wird es sich vermutlich eher um ein hoch-frequentiges Tonsignal handeln. Da es aber sowieso nur ein Film ist und Conanfilme sowieso nie mit Realitätsnähe überzeugen, sollte man es auch nicht so eng nehmen, wenn es tatsächlich ein tiefes Geräusch wäre.
